Frequently asked questions

What is included with my photo booth rental?

  • Photo Booth rental for the time contracted.
  • Attendant during the duration of services.  The attendant will set up the photo booth and backdrop and provide support for photo taken.
  • Back drop of your choice from our list.
  • Photo Booth photos can be downloaded to individual phones as well as by email.

How can I request a custom backdrop?

Contact us by email or phone.  We will ask for a description and any photos that can help us determine what you are looking for.  Because of the wide variety of costs of materials, additional charges may be accrued.

Where can I rent your photobooth?

We prefer clicking the blue “Book Service” button on the top right of the page.  This allows you to enter in how many hours, date/time of the event, and where the event will be held.  You can also contact us by phone or email shown at the bottom of the page.

What happens if I need to cancel the photo booth event?

We understand plans change all the time.  Please make sure to cancel as soon as possible.  There is a $75 cancellation charge if cancelling less than 3 days before the event.
